W.O.W. Sessions 2025 is a safe, engaging, and fun environment where women receive resources and support in creating healthy minds, brains, bodies, relationships, and habits in 2025

Introduction:

  • W.O.W. Sessions 2025 is all about women supporting other women in understanding and living our worth. We would all agree that women are valuable. We typically run around doing everything we think we should be doing, covering all the bases, and meeting all the obligations. Yet, at the end of many days, we feel exhausted, unseen, unheard, undervalued, lonely and/or misunderstood, under appreciated, guilty, disappointed, stuck, stretched to thin, and often have an underlying sense of unfulfillment and dissatisfaction in life. Sometimes it’s seasonal or circumstantial, but sometimes this sense of emptiness lingers for months and even decades.
  • It can be hard to put our finger on exactly why this is, but there are very specific reasons that led us to this point in our lives. Tuesday, March 25th will kickoff our W.O.W. Sessions 2025 to explore what specifically has occurred in our individual lives that led us to a place where everyone and everything around us takes priority above our own well-being. We will discover why we allow ourselves to be put on the back burner and begin developing a plan to create the lives we long for and deserve. We will learn how our brains are actually fighting against us in creating healthy change that will lead to the results and rewards we want in our lives. And we will begin arming ourselves with tools to reclaim and rebuild our lives stronger than they’ve ever been using proven strategies provided by a professional life coach and change agent. If this resonates and your gut is telling you it’s time for change in your life, read on!

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. What is group coaching?
Group coaching is a structured program where individuals work together in a group setting to achieve personal or professional goals. The coach facilitates discussions, activities, and strategies to help participants identify their goals, overcome challenges, and develop actionable plans for success. The focus is on growth, learning, and accountability within the group. The group setting allows for mutual support, understanding, and personal growth. Our sessions are designed for people who are willing to engage in open, respectful, and confidential dialogue. If you are dealing with a serious mental health condition, we recommend consulting a licensed professional before participating.

2. Who can participate in group coaching sessions?
Group coaching is open to individuals who are committed to personal development and achieving their goals. Whether you’re looking to move a position in areas like career, relationships, health, or personal growth, group coaching provides a supportive environment to work toward these objectives. Coaching is not the same as counseling and if you’re dealing with physical or mental health concerns or disorders, individual therapy and/or medical treatment may be more appropriate and highly advised.

3. What can I expect during a group coaching sessions?
During a group coaching session, you will engage in discussions, brainstorming, and activities that support your personal and/or professional development. The coach will guide the group in exploring topics relevant to goal-setting, overcoming obstacles, and fostering positive change. You will have the opportunity to share experiences, learn from others, and receive guidance on actionable steps. Each session is designed to create a safe, non-judgmental space for self-exploration and support.

4. Is group coaching confidential?
Yes, confidentiality is an essential component of group coaching. The facilitator and participants are expected to maintain privacy regarding the experiences and personal information shared during the sessions. However, since group coaching involves sharing within a group, we ask that all participants respect the confidentiality of each other’s contributions. There are limits to confidentiality in specific situations, such as if a participant discloses information that indicates potential harm to themselves or others.

5. Can I attend group coaching if I have a mental or physical health condition?
Group coaching is designed to support personal development and goal achievement, but it is not a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. If you are dealing with significant mental or physical health concerns, we encourage you to seek guidance from a licensed professional. If you’re unsure whether group coaching is suitable for you, please speak with your licensed healthcare providers for their recommendations. It is your responsibility to assess the appropriateness of participation in group sessions. In participating, you agree to be independently responsible for yourself and to hold the facilitators and facility owners harmless of all potential liability.

6. Are the sessions conducted online or in person and can I take photos?
No online sessions are being offered at this time. For the sake of privacy, confidentiality, and protection of proprietary information, no photos, nor videos, nor audio recordings of any kind will be permitted within the training room. Therefore, online sessions will not be permitted and you will be asked to keep all electronics, including cell phones, on silent and put away out of sight. We will be having a lot of fun and building some great relationships, so if photos are desired, please take them outside of the training room with persons who have previously given permission to do so. Thank you.

7. How long is each group coaching session?
Group coaching sessions typically last between 90 to 120 minutes (an hour and a half to two hours), depending on the session’s agenda and structure. This timeframe allows for both group discussion and personal processing time within group settings. To ensure everyone has time to process and we have adequate time to learn the resources available in each session, the facilitator(s) and participants will be asked to exercise laser communication practices. No worries, we will discuss together what that means and looks like in a group setting. Basically, this will not be storytelling time, but rather will be small precious moments for you to get to the point so we can support you in the direction you desire to go.

8. How many participants are in each group?
Our group coaching sessions are typically limited to 50 participants, but we will break groups into smaller sessions as well. This ensures that every individual has an opportunity to contribute, ask questions, and receive personalized feedback from the facilitator(s) and other participants. The maximum number of registrants will be 50, however, during certain sessions, we may open the room to a maximum of 60 participants for 2025.

9. What is the cost of participating in a group coaching session?
Our plans are to keep the sessions free in 2025 for those who register by April 9, 2025, and agree to commit to attending most sessions throughout the year. It is not mandatory to attend every session, but for the sake of protecting the trust within the group and protecting spots for those who desire to, and can make it, we are reserving free registration for those willing and able to attend the majority of the sessions.

10. How do I register for a group coaching session?
To register, simply click the “Register Now” button on our website and complete and submit the registration form. You will receive a confirmation email with all the necessary details about your sessions once your registration is complete. If you do not receive a confirmation email stating you have been registered, please contact us through our website contact form which can be found here.

11. How do I cancel my registration in the sessions?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your registration so someone else can have your open spot, please notify us as soon as possible by emailing us through our website contact form found here.

12. Do I need to bring anything to the sessions?
Other than bringing a pen and notebook/journal for personal reflection to each meeting, no special preparation is required for group coaching sessions. However, we encourage you to come with an open mind, a willingness to engage, and a commitment to your personal growth and attendance. Please dress comfortably, with layers to assist in your comfort level for temperature, and wear comfortable shoes as we will be moving around at times.

13. What if I feel overwhelmed or stuck during a session?
If you feel overwhelmed or unsure during a session, you are encouraged to communicate openly with the group and the facilitator. Group coaching is a safe space for discussing challenges and finding solutions. If at any time you feel unsafe or uncomfortable, feel free to speak with your group and facilitator openly and set healthy boundaries for yourself mentally, emotionally, and physically, including exiting an exercise or the training room at any time as you feel the need. You are responsible for protecting yourself and will never be forced or coerced to participate beyond your comfort level.

14. Can I talk about personal or professional issues during the group session?
Yes, group coaching is designed to address both personal and professional challenges. Whether you’re focused on career goals, personal development, relationships, or specific obstacles, you are welcome to share what’s relevant to you. However, we ask that you respect the time and contributions of other participants and keep the discussions focused on the group’s overall success as well as your own. This will include laser communications and staying within the guidelines of the exercises given.

15. Will the coach provide individual therapy or deep personal advice?
No. While group coaching provides support, it is not a replacement for individualized therapy. The coach will provide general strategies, exercises, and support for goal setting, personal development, and overcoming obstacles. For specific therapeutic advice, we recommend seeking individual therapy with a licensed professional. Life coaches do not diagnose, advise, nor treat physical or mental health concerns. These sessions are not therapeutic in nature; but rather are to support you as you self reflect and discover your own solutions through personal growth and goal eating exercises.

16. What happens if I miss a session?
There will be a total of nineteen (19) W.O.W. Sessions in 2025. Consistent participation is recommended to get the full benefit from the group coaching experience. Since space is limited, if you feel you will not be able to make more sessions than you may miss, we ask that you consider registering at a later time should sessions be offered again in the future. This will help protect the trust level of the group as we bond by spending time together, and will allow a spot for someone who is able to attend. Your understanding of this request is appreciated.

17. How do I know if group coaching is right for me?
Group coaching is ideal for individuals who are ready to show up and do the work necessary for breakthroughs to achieve specific goals and who value learning and support from others. If you’re looking for support in reaching a personal or professional milestone, group coaching can be a great option. If you’re uncertain, we invite you to register to attend the introductory session on March 25th to determine whether the program is a good fit for your needs. There will be a Q&A time at the end of the introductory session as well so feel free to bring along any questions or concerns you may have and we will ensure they are addressed.

18. What happens when registration closes? Spots are being reserved according to date and times submitted. Once the spots are full, we will have a waiting list for those interested in possible future sessions if they become available.

19. May I invite friends, family, and colleagues?
Yes, as long as they register before the deadlines. All participants will need to register and attend the introductory session, which will be held on March 25th . Our next session will be April 8th, and registration will officially close April 9th. All registrants after April 9th will be placed on a waiting list for future possible sessions.

20. Why are these sessions free in 2025? Professional Life Coach and Change Agent, Brigitte Ranae, is passionate about empowering and supporting women. She has been speaking with her husband, Scott Cawvey, for quite some time about her desires to create a safe space for women to support women in creating healthy change. Her desire stems from the pain she’s seen in the eyes of thousands of women she has worked with over the years and the difference these women made in their own lives after receiving appropriate resources and support in a safe environment. So Scott jumped on board to fund the space and resources necessary so Brigitte can provide W.O.W. Sessions in 2025 for women who are ready for healthy movement in their lives. You can read more about their family here, but in short, they are Jefferson County business owners who have decided that the women of Jefferson County are worth investing in. Many thanks to The Common Ground in Festus, Missouri, that caught this vision as well and are working with Brigitte and Scott by providing affordable venue rates for W.O.W. Sessions to be offered in Jefferson County throughout 2025.

We look forward to seeing you at W.O.W Sessions 2025!
