Authenticity and Sustainable Change
Individual self-alignment is the initial objective when working with Brigitte Ranae. She facilitates an anxiety-reducing environment where clients develop a strong sense of personal autonomy as they explore their individual identity and uniqueness. Her practices are based on strategies that develop new neural pathways in the brain which lead to safe and healthy thoughts and behaviors in alignment with the client’s individualism, desires, and priorities. Clients identify who they are, what is important to them, and how to protect and promote them.
Brigitte’s work as a life coach and speaker, while not therapeutic, is based on an eclectic style but she prefers a more humanistic approach to change. She favors Carl Rogers’ views on change which rely heavily on empathy, congruence, and unconditional positive regard, which fosters a reciprocal exchange of genuineness and respect between coach and client. Within a safe partnership, Brigitte works with clients to facilitate growth and wellness through many avenues; some of which are heightening personal awareness, accepting self and others, tendency assessments, development and behavioral modification plans, and neural pathway development exercises.
One area of great value in coaching with Brigitte is the care-free and light-hearted engagements where clients safely embrace themselves to create the real change they want to see while learning to accept the aspects they are not quite ready to tackle. Self-acceptance is the foundation to accepting others and circumstances and is one of the crucial components of Brigitte’s work.
Praise for The BS of Better
”…This makes you dig down deep. Not always a comfortable dig, but incredibly thought provoking…the chapters flowed well…and were easy to read with clear concepts. I loved the processing forms and journaling pages. The questions Brigitte asked made me want to complete them…I have always struggled with being a harsh critic and overly-judgmental…That’s it! I judge others harshly because I judge myself harshly, and for everything. Everything.”

”Our belief systems shape our reality. This book brings awareness to our everyday words. Self-worth is a struggle for so many people today…men, women, and children. I love this book. It has a great depth of information yet it’s easy and applicable for everyday life. I often find myself reflecting back on this book. I think anyone can find value in reading it. I will continue to recommend it to everyone!”
